    2. The projects, initiatives and programs should comply with the award's general goal.
    3. The candidate project must have served a big portion of society.
    4. The candidate project must be continuous and developable.
    5. Projects and programs presented by scientific institutions should be presented through clearly led teams.
    6. Scientific and social research must comply with the requirement of scientific research and address the issues of the Qatari society.
    7. The general programs and plans of candidate institutions should include increasing the number of their volunteers.
    8. The program, project or research should not have received any other local or international prize or award.
