Rasameel Fund

This fund was established in 2003 to provide support to enterprising Qataris that are pioneering new initiatives in handicraft projects. It is meant to assists them nurture their projects to the point of stability and profitability.

The Rasameel Fund provides the following services:

  • Soft financial loans without interest (direct support)
  • Training and polishing the skills of self-initiators or pioneers of new initiative (indirect support)
  • Marketing support services for new projects (indirect support)
  • Guidance and counselling (direct support)
Conditions:
  • Must be a Qatari national
  • Must be 18 years and above
  • Must have successfully passed the personal interview
  • Must have passed the training for the project management
  • Must have a prepared plan of the project for the finance management
