The Projects & Investment Department

The Projects & Investment department was established as part of the organizational structure of the Social Development Center (SDC) to manage the investment and projects activities of the SDC. The department is managed by highly qualified professionals to accomplish the tasks and the missions of the department and generate healthy cash flows in order to maintain and increase the volume and quality of SDC services.

Objectives & Plans

1. Creating and managing local shares & bonds portfolio.

  • Plan to achieve objective:
  • Finalizing the investment policy and system.
  • Allocating an investment fund.
  • Formulating the members of the investment team
  • Formulating an investment plan.
  • Designing and conducting reporting systems.
  • Establishing a stock market intelligent system.
  • Implementation of plans, following up, feedback and action taking

2. Creating and implementing an investment system to control & improve the financial status of the current and future investments.

  • Plan to achieve objective:
  • Collecting data on the current investments (projects, stocks, etc.).
  • Reviewing and analyzing the financial situation of the current investments.
  • Finalizing a status report on each investment project (strengths and weaknesses).
  • Setting up and implementing plans and collecting performance reports on each investment project.
  • Implementation of plans, following up, feedback and action taking.
