Management Mission:
The management mission is to realize human development through conversion of human capabilities into productive energy.
Objectives:
- Changing the concepts of personal thinking and behaviors related to work ethics.
- Identifying and providing proper competencies and qualifications with specialized training opportunities, competencies and counseling to be directed in line with the needs of the labor market, and available employment vacancies.
