Management Mission:

The management mission is to realize human development through conversion of human capabilities into productive energy.

Objectives:

  1. Changing the concepts of personal thinking and behaviors related to work ethics.
  2. Identifying and providing proper competencies and qualifications with specialized training opportunities, competencies and counseling to be directed in line with the needs of the labor market, and available employment vacancies.
